Lists & CRM

Organize creators in dynamic, AI-powered spreadsheets

Lists & CRM

Stormy's Lists & CRM is the central hub for organizing every creator you work with. Think of it as a Notion-style spreadsheet purpose-built for influencer marketing — each list is a fully customizable table where rows are creators and columns are whatever data points matter to your campaign.

What is a list?

A list is a collection of creators grouped around a shared purpose. That purpose might be a specific campaign, a talent pool for a particular niche, a roster of long-term partners, or anything else you define.

Each list behaves like an independent spreadsheet:

  • Rows represent individual creators (linked to their profiles across platforms).
  • Columns represent data points — some are built-in (name, handle, followers, engagement rate) and others are custom fields you or the AI create on the fly.
  • Status tabs let you filter creators by their current negotiation stage (e.g., Contacted, Negotiating, Confirmed, Posted).
Note

Lists are scoped to your workspace. Every team member with access to the workspace can view and edit shared lists. Use access controls to manage permissions.

How lists relate to campaigns

Lists are the foundation of every campaign workflow in Stormy:

  1. Discovery — Find creators using Creator Discovery and save them directly to a list.
  2. Enrichment — Use Email Discovery to find contact information for creators on the list.
  3. Outreach — Launch Email Sequences targeting creators from a list.
  4. Negotiation — Track negotiation status, rates, and deliverables as columns within the list.
  5. Payment — Use CreatorPay to handle invoicing and payouts for confirmed creators.
  6. Tracking — Monitor Post Performance linked back to the creators in your list.

A single list can power an entire campaign end-to-end, or you can split your workflow across multiple lists — it's up to you.

CRM features overview

Notion-style interface

The CRM is designed to feel like a modern, minimal spreadsheet. There are no heavy vertical borders or cluttered grid lines. Instead, you get:

  • Clean gray column headers with contextual icons
  • Hover states that surface inline actions
  • Click-to-edit cells for quick updates
  • Drag-to-reorder columns and rows

Dynamic columns

Unlike rigid CRM tools, Stormy lets you add, remove, and rearrange columns per list. The AI can also suggest and create columns based on your campaign goals. See Custom Columns for details.

Status-based filtering

Every list has a configurable set of status tabs along the top. Click a tab to instantly filter the list to creators at that stage. The default stages are:

Status Meaning
All No filter — shows every creator
New Just added, no outreach yet
Contacted Email sent, awaiting reply
Negotiating In active conversation about terms
Confirmed Deal agreed, awaiting content
Posted Content has been published
Declined Creator passed on the campaign
Tip

You can customize status labels per list. If your workflow has different stages (e.g., "Contract Signed", "Content Review"), rename or add statuses from the list settings.

Bulk operations

Select multiple creators using checkboxes to perform bulk actions:

  • Move to list — Transfer or copy selected creators to another list.
  • Change status — Update the negotiation status for all selected creators at once.
  • Start sequence — Enroll selected creators in an email outreach sequence.
  • Find emails — Run email discovery for all selected creators.
  • Export — Download selected creators as a CSV file.
  • Remove — Remove selected creators from the list (does not delete their profile data).

AI-powered management

The Stormy AI agent can interact with your lists directly. Through the AI Agent, you can:

  • Ask it to create new lists and populate them with creators matching specific criteria.
  • Have it add custom columns based on your brief (e.g., "add a column for estimated CPM").
  • Let it update statuses and notes as it manages outreach on your behalf.
Note

When the AI agent manages a list, all changes are logged in the activity feed so you always have full visibility into what was modified and why.
