Campaign Dashboards

View aggregated performance data across your campaigns

Campaign Dashboards

Campaign dashboards aggregate performance data from all tracked posts in a campaign into a single view. Instead of checking each creator's posts individually, you get a unified picture of reach, engagement, cost efficiency, and ROI.

Dashboard overview

Every campaign in Stormy automatically gets a dashboard once post tracking is active. The dashboard is divided into sections:

  • Summary cards -- Top-level metrics at a glance
  • Performance over time -- Charts showing how metrics evolve
  • Creator breakdown -- Per-creator performance comparison
  • Post feed -- Individual post performance sorted by your chosen metric
  • ROI analysis -- Cost efficiency and return on spend

Key metrics

Reach and awareness

Metric Definition
Total reach Sum of unique viewers across all tracked posts
Total impressions Sum of all views/impressions across all posts
Average reach per post Total reach / number of posts
Estimated unique reach De-duplicated reach estimate across overlapping audiences
Note

Estimated unique reach accounts for audience overlap between creators. If two creators share significant audience overlap, the combined unique reach is less than the sum of their individual reach. Stormy estimates this using platform audience data when available.

Engagement

Metric Definition
Total engagements Sum of likes, comments, shares, and saves across all posts
Engagement rate Total engagements / total impressions
Comments Total comments across all posts
Shares Total shares and reposts
Saves Total saves and bookmarks
Average engagement per post Total engagements / number of posts

Conversions and revenue

Metric Definition
Total link clicks Clicks on tracked URLs across all creators
Click-through rate Total link clicks / total impressions
Conversions Completed actions (purchases, signups, etc.)
Conversion rate Conversions / link clicks
Revenue Total attributed revenue from tracked links

Cost efficiency

Metric Definition
Total spend Sum of all creator payments (base + bonuses)
Cost per mille (CPM) (Total spend / total impressions) * 1,000
Cost per engagement (CPE) Total spend / total engagements
Cost per click (CPC) Total spend / total link clicks
Cost per acquisition (CPA) Total spend / total conversions
Return on spend (ROS) Revenue / total spend

Performance over time

The performance chart shows how campaign metrics evolve day by day. Use it to identify trends, spot viral moments, and understand the content lifecycle.

Chart options

  • Metric selector -- Switch between views, engagement, clicks, conversions, or any other tracked metric
  • Date range -- Zoom into specific periods or view the full campaign timeline
  • Granularity -- View by hour (first 48h), day, or week
  • Overlay -- Compare two metrics on the same chart (e.g., views vs. engagement rate)

Reading the chart

The chart plots the selected metric over time with:

  • A line for aggregate campaign performance
  • Optional individual creator lines for comparison
  • Markers for when new posts went live
  • Highlighted areas for milestone events (post went viral, creator posted late, etc.)
Tip

Enable "Post markers" on the chart to see exactly when each creator's content went live. This helps you understand which posts drove spikes in overall campaign performance.

Creator breakdown

The creator breakdown table ranks each creator's contribution to the campaign:

Column Description
Creator Creator name and handle
Posts Number of tracked posts
Reach Total reach from this creator
Engagements Total engagements
Engagement rate Creator-specific engagement rate
Link clicks Clicks from this creator's tracked links
Conversions Conversions attributed to this creator
Spend Total amount paid (base + bonus)
CPM Cost per thousand impressions
CPA Cost per acquisition
ROS Return on spend

Sorting and ranking

Click any column header to sort. Common views:

  • Sort by ROS -- See which creators deliver the best return
  • Sort by reach -- See who drove the most visibility
  • Sort by CPA -- See who drives the cheapest conversions
  • Sort by engagement rate -- See who has the most engaged audience
Tip

Use the creator breakdown to inform future campaign decisions. Creators with high ROS and low CPA are strong candidates for repeat collaborations. Save them to a dedicated "Top Performers" list in your CRM.

Scheduled exports

Set up automatic report delivery:

  1. Go to Campaign > Dashboard > Scheduled Reports
  2. Choose frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly)
  3. Select the export format
  4. Add email recipients
  5. Reports are generated and emailed automatically
Note

Scheduled reports capture a snapshot at the time of generation. For campaigns that are still running, weekly reports help you track progress without manually pulling data.

Comparing campaigns

Compare the performance of multiple campaigns side by side:

  1. Go to Post Tracking > Campaign Comparison
  2. Select 2-5 campaigns to compare
  3. View a comparison table with key metrics for each campaign
  4. Toggle between absolute numbers and normalized metrics (per post, per dollar spent)

Comparison metrics

The comparison view shows:

  • Total reach and impressions
  • Engagement rate
  • Total spend
  • CPM, CPC, CPA
  • Return on spend
  • Number of creators and posts

This is useful for identifying which campaign strategies, platforms, or creator types deliver the best results for your brand.

Tip

When comparing campaigns, use normalized metrics (per post or per dollar) rather than raw totals. A campaign with 10 creators will naturally have more reach than one with 3, but the per-dollar efficiency tells you which approach actually works better.

Dashboard permissions

Control who on your team can see campaign dashboards:

Role Access
Workspace owner Full access to all dashboards
Campaign manager Full access to assigned campaigns
Team member View-only access to assigned campaigns
External stakeholder View-only access via shared link (no creator payment data)

Sharing dashboards externally

Share a read-only dashboard link with clients or stakeholders:

  1. Click Share on any campaign dashboard
  2. Toggle on External sharing
  3. Choose which sections are visible (you can hide payment data)
  4. Copy the shareable link
  5. Optionally set an expiration date
Warning

External share links give view access to anyone with the URL. Always set an expiration date for client-facing links and disable sharing when the campaign is complete.
