AI Inbox

The AI Inbox is your central hub for every creator conversation. Unlike a traditional email client where you manually read, categorize, and respond to each message, Stormy's AI Inbox puts AI at the center — it reads incoming messages, understands context, generates action items, and drafts responses so you can manage hundreds of creator relationships without dropping the ball.

How It Works

When a creator sends you a message (via Gmail sync), Stormy automatically:

1. Syncs the conversation into your inbox with full threading
2. Reads and understands the message content and intent
3. Categorizes it with status labels (new lead, negotiating, awaiting content, etc.)
4. Generates action items if follow-up is needed (e.g., "Creator asked for revised rate — needs response")
5. Drafts a response based on your campaign context and conversation history

You stay in control — review AI drafts before they send, approve or reject action items, and override any categorization. The AI learns from your corrections over time.

Unified Conversation View

All creator conversations live in one place regardless of the original channel. Each conversation shows the full thread history, creator profile details in a sidebar, and the current deal status.

AI-Powered Categorization

Every incoming message is automatically labeled with an intent-based status. Instead of manually sorting through hundreds of emails, you see at a glance which conversations need attention and why.

Common status labels include:

• New Lead — First-time response from a creator
• Negotiating — Active rate or deliverable discussion
• Awaiting Content — Deal is closed, waiting for the creator to post
• Needs Approval — AI flagged something that requires your decision
• Follow-up Due — A conversation has gone quiet and needs a nudge

Action Items

The AI automatically generates tasks from conversations. When a creator asks a question, requests a rate change, or when a follow-up deadline approaches, an action item appears so nothing slips through the cracks. See Action Items for details.

Smart Drafts

AI Inbox vs. Traditional Email

Getting Started

1. Connect Gmail — Go to Settings > Integrations and connect your Gmail account. Stormy will begin syncing conversations.
2. Review your inbox — Once synced, you'll see existing creator conversations appear with AI-generated labels and summaries.
3. Configure AI behavior — Set your preferred tone, auto-send rules, and approval requirements in inbox settings.
4. Start responding — Click any conversation to see the AI draft, edit if needed, and send.
