Starter — Free
The Starter plan lets you explore Stormy's core features at no cost. It is ideal for individuals who want to try the platform before committing or who run a small number of creator campaigns.

Growth
The Growth plan is built for marketers and small teams who are actively running influencer campaigns and need more power and flexibility.

Business
The Business plan is for teams and agencies managing multiple brands or high-volume campaigns. It unlocks advanced features, higher limits, and priority support.

- AI agent with autonomous actions (send emails, update statuses, negotiate)

Choosing a plan
Not sure which plan is right for you? Here are some guidelines:
Choose Starter if you are just getting started with influencer marketing and want to explore the platform. You are running one or two small campaigns and do not need team collaboration.
Choose Growth if you are actively running campaigns and need full sequences, integrations, and AI assistance. You have a small team and manage one to three brands.
Choose Business if you are an agency or a team managing multiple brands with high-volume outreach. You need autonomous AI actions, CreatorPay, and advanced reporting.
Choose Enterprise if you need SSO, custom integrations, dedicated support, or have compliance requirements that need custom data handling.
Start with the plan that matches your current needs. You can upgrade at any time, and your data carries over seamlessly. There is no migration or downtime when changing plans.
Monthly vs. annual billing
All paid plans offer both monthly and annual billing:
- Monthly: Pay month-to-month with no commitment. Cancel anytime.
- Annual: Pay upfront for 12 months and save approximately 20%. Annual plans are billed as a single charge at the start of each billing year.
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time:
- Switching to annual: The change takes effect immediately. You are charged the annual rate minus a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current monthly period.
- Switching to monthly: The change takes effect at the end of your current annual period. You continue to have annual plan access until it expires, then monthly billing begins.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the new plan you want
- Confirm the change

When you upgrade:
- New features and limits are available immediately
- You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period
- Your monthly credit balance increases to the new plan's allocation on the next billing cycle
- Any credits remaining from your previous plan roll over
Upgrading does not reset your billing date. If you upgrade on day 15 of your billing cycle, you pay the prorated cost for the remaining 15 days at the new rate, and your next full bill at the new rate starts on your normal billing date.
Downgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower-tier plan
- Confirm the change
When you downgrade:
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your current plan's features until then
- If you exceed the new plan's limits (e.g., more than 3 lists on Starter), you will not lose any data, but you will not be able to create new lists until you are within the limit
- Monthly credit allocation adjusts to the new plan on the next billing cycle
- Unused credits from the current cycle do not carry over beyond the plan change
If you downgrade and your workspace has more team members than the new plan allows, existing members keep access but you will not be able to invite new members until you are within the limit. Consider removing extra members before downgrading.
Canceling your subscription
If you need to cancel:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (optional, helps us improve)
- Confirm the cancellation
After canceling:
- You retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period
- When the period ends, your workspace reverts to the Starter (free) plan
- All your data is preserved — lists, creators, sequences, conversations. Nothing is deleted.
- If you resubscribe later, everything is right where you left it
If you are canceling because of a specific issue, reach out to support first. We may be able to help resolve the problem or offer a plan adjustment that works for you.
Frequently asked questions
Do credits roll over month to month?
Unused credits from your monthly allocation expire at the end of each billing cycle. However, credits you purchase separately (add-on credit packs) do not expire and roll over indefinitely. See Credits for details.
Can I try a higher plan before committing?
Contact support and we can set up a time-limited trial of Growth or Business features on your workspace so you can evaluate before upgrading.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit mid-month?
Your workspace does not stop working. Features that require credits (email discovery, AI search) will prompt you to purchase additional credits. All other features (lists, inbox, sequences) continue to function normally.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?
Yes. We offer discounted plans for registered nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact support@stormy.ai with proof of status to learn more.
