I believe in Dewey's "learning by doing" as a key way to educate yourself about the world. A lot of that has to do with thinking about both the natural and engineering aspects of everything -- and how it all works. This channel started out with a lot of outdoors living and learning videos, but has since become sort of a place to share interesting tidbits about things I see in the world, and some ideas about how to make it better. Some of it is maker stuff, nature, sustainable living, life in the past, and technology we should all be prepared for, in the future.
