AI transformation for operating companies
Bring AI to every role. Not just the laptops.
Stormy interviews every role, writes down how the work gets done and takes over the desks that repeat. For PE-backed businesses that run on jobs, at a software price.
- 1A 15-minute call
- 2It interviews each role
- 3First desk live the same day

How it rolls out
Transformation is a people problem. Stormy talks to the people.
Most AI projects stop at the people with laptops. Stormy reaches every role where they already work — a call, a text, an email — and turns what they say into desks that run.

- 01
Get in the door
One call with the owner or operator. Stormy maps the company and picks the first desk.
- 02
Get it used
It interviews each role, including the people who never open a laptop. What they say becomes written steps, limits and named approvers.
- 03
Get it wired
It works inside the company’s own email, calendar, books and boards, and leaves a receipt for every action.

Teach it on a call
It learns each job from the person who does it.

It texts your crew and your customers.
The tech or driver gets the address, the gate code and the pickup number. The customer gets the arrival time. Nobody calls the office to ask.

The questions we get on the first call.
What can Stormy do for me?
Answer and make calls, send and answer texts, move the crew, write quotes and invoices, order parts, call applicants, and build the screens your business uses. Start with the phone; add the rest when you want.
We own several companies. How does this roll out?
One company at a time. Stormy interviews the owner and then each role — by call, text or email, including the people who never open a laptop — and takes over a first desk. Every company gets its own workspace, its own number and a receipt for everything Stormy does. Then we run the same rollout at the next one.
Do I need to change my systems?
No. Keep your number, your calendar and your books. It connects to what you already use — Google Calendar, QuickBooks, your own tools — and works from the same records.
What does my team still handle?
The work, and the calls that need a person. Stormy asks before it sends a truck or spends money, and puts the caller through to you when needed. What you approve the same way a few times, it offers to do alone.
How long does set-up take?
A 15-minute call. Stormy asks how your business works, then sets up the phone number, the rules and the pages. No forms.
Who is it for?
Businesses that run on jobs, owner-run or PE-backed: construction and property management, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, auto repair, forklift and heavy equipment, cleaning, logistics. Five people or five hundred.
What does it cost?
One plan: $300 a month per company of prepaid usage, then usage based. No seats, no retainer, no contract. The consultation is free and your first $50 of work is on us.
Is it secure?
Your business gets its own workspace and its own number. Nothing is shared between shops. Details are in our privacy policy and the list of sub-processors.
Built by a service family.
My father has been an electrician for forty years — factories, HVAC, building equipment. I grew up around the service van. Stormy is our way of bringing AI to the people who do physical work. And if a call rings out at your shop, that is my problem to fix.
